In the continuation of a visit to the various Phase Five Citizens' Goals in Mkalama District today it was the deputy Deputy Minister of Mining. Stanslaus Nyongo who came to the Tumuli ward for listening and providing a solution to the mine Gold the Village that involves the Miners and the Chinese-owned investor.
Once he arrived at Tumuli Primary School where he then held a meeting between them and the Little Miners. Nyongo asked the Miners' Party leaders to explain the whole process of the matter to the point until it reached the stage of the crisis.
Explaining the whole process was one of the leaders of these miners. Salum Kapalale said that all small miners in the village had a total of 90 circuits while giving a job opportunity to 1243 people before one of the brokers cooperating with the investor arrived and removed them from their places.
"Since we started the Mining in 2007, Mine was clear until 2010 when a famous Salum Kondo name came and claims that he was the owner of the entire extraction area after which we had agreed to cooperate with him in activities extraction "added Kapalale.
According to Kapalale, the state of emergency took place in 2012 after anonymous Ibrahim Sadof Shakama's name arrived in Mgodi's area and claimed that he was inherited the mine by his father and asked the miners to give him the estate to give the principal investor who, besides paying compensation to the miners, will also receive jobs in the mine will help build various development infrastructure in the Village before they start the mining operations
Following the agreement, the miners agreed to release Mrs. Shakama area while awaiting their agreement on something that has not yet happened and remained unemployed from 2012 to June 2016 where a Chinese Citizen Investor came and started work in the Mine and then tried to follow Mrs. Shakama about their original agreement replied that they are small miners so they are not recognized.
"This answer was so frustrating and we began to take several steps to claim our right where the former Minister of Energy and Minerals Hon Sospeter Mhongo came here and after hearing around gave 7 days to District Leadership to ensure that it was over where after the Hon. Minister to leave Hon. The district Comissioner also gave 14 days to the investor to make sure he paid all the alleged claims that have not been implemented until today "added Kapalale.
On behalf of the Member of the State of Caucasian Hon. Allan Kiula thanked . Deputy Minister for accepting his appeal and arriving in the area, He asked the Central African Mineral Commissioner to ensure that he was fulfilling his role as most mining conflicts in the District here are due to his firm stand firm.
"Yes. Deputy Minister I strongly appeal to the Mineral Commissioner of the Central Region to assist us in such matters because I believe he is closing his profession so we will not reach the stage of such conflicts that if citizens of Tumuli would be criminals then there would be a great disaster here " Added Kiula.
Hon. Kiula ended with congratulating the people for the Great Depression during the conflict with the investors where he assured them that he would be shoulder to shoulder by bringing them relevant leaders in every situation that brought serious obstacles to their development.
Speaking immediately after getting a full picture of the crisis, Hon. Nyongo said that there are currently few clever people who know the rules and rules that do not go through the level of the relevant leaders taking some of the things that later turn into suffering for low income citizens.
Hon. Nyongo added that even the protest responses given to the people from the investors are from those investors knowing that the law will protect them when the people are to blame them.
"Now I do not say a lot of words, I know how long I give my orders will not be implemented so I stand up with my citizens to claim their right and I do not need to lose time, So Hon. Mining Commissioner plan Tomorrow when I go here to meet the three people who are Ibrahim, Salum and the Investor to meet with them so that they come to a 19-minute session with a straightforward answer "He ordered. Nyongo.
Hon. Nyongo stressed by giving warnings to all sophisticated people to stop immediately because this government does not even allow the use of shortcuts to violate the rights of the poor citizens.
"On this Hon. John Magufuli pardon has no chance at all so when he does not pay your rights we will stop his project "Finished. Nyongo.
