The Community Development Fund (TASAF) is one of the main resources that the government has used to ensure the upliftment of lower-level Tanzanians' lives where the main goal is to raise the living conditions of those people at least to the middle class and those who make good use of this opportunity The scarcity reaches up to the top layer.
Once the start of a successful mother-in-law goal is to provide non-reimbursement to beneficiaries, the Fund began to focus on various infrastructure around the target audience where it aimed at reducing or eliminating any challenges that would cause the beneficiaries to fail to generate due to subsidized subsidies.
Mkalama District is one of the areas in which the fund is determined to eliminate various targeted targeting addresses where this process began with an assessment of the challenges identified and given priority to the respective communities.
In the Senene village, the Fund continues with the construction of a large pool of water and the Establishment of Plant Nurseries projects worth Tshs. 19,985,500.00 with similar projects initiated in other villages (cost on brackets) such as Lukomo (28,165,000.00), Iguguno ( (26,735,500.00 Yulansoni (23,249,500.00), Kinyangiri (23,962,500.00), Lord (25,413,500.00), Singa (36,822,500.00), League (19,047,500.00), Ilunda (34,018,000.00), Mbigigi (22,975,500.00), Dominic (18,881,500.00), Nkinto (32,493,500.00), Makulo (15,081,500.00) Baseline (20,283,500.00), Ndurumo (10,497,500.00) and Kijiji Village which are constructed at the same cost at Tshs. 19,631,500.00.
Another area mentioned by the Fund in Mkalama District is the removal of Makorongo villages in Milades that cost about Shs 27,977,000.00, Malaja (30,662,000.00), Marera (18,155,500.00), Miganga (30,038,000.00 and dam construction) and Nkungi project worth Tshs. 29,040,000.00 including the establishment of Nurseries.
In addition to the projects The Fund has focused on the sector of the public road where the Kitumbili Village is enabled to construct a highway of Km. 2.92 worth Tshs. 24,412,000.00, Msisai, approximately 1,845,000.00 Km, Mgolombyo, approximately 10 km. 1.38 (33,822,000.00), a maximum of Km. 1.96 (17,744,000.00) and the village of Lyelembo, which has been extended to the highway of Km. 4.16 amounting to shillings 33,822,000.00.
Following the problem of water scarcity in the Mkalama District, the Fund has been able to facilitate the digestion of wells in different villages, with the costs involved in establishing a Tree Nursery for the maintenance of water sources where Tumu village has been rehabilitated. Three wells worth Tshs. 16,848,500.00, Monkey Village Five worth of Tshs. 11,531,000.00, Ikungu Village Three Shillings worth Tshs. 18,622,500.00, Mgimba Village Eight Thams worth Tshs. 9,254,500.00 and Village Village with four wells worth Tshs. 20,834,500.00.
The total amount of money that the Tanzanian government for the Great Cooperation with the World Bank has managed to utilize in the projects in Mkalama District is shillings 962,757,500.00
Along with the Government to spend so much in public projects, it has still been a major challenge for some of the projects that some people are blaming and reducing to many basic services, in support of all these efforts made by the Five-Phase Government in Mkalama District. well all citizens should be sure that these projects are always maintained so that they can be useful for the future and future generations.
